The workshop brought together national leaders, teacher educators, and institutional stakeholders to explore the implementation of open, flexible, and blended learning approaches within MRTEQ-aligned teacher education programmes. Her contribution focused on advancing practical strategies for integrating blended learning, Open Educational Resources (OER), and digitally enabled pedagogies to enhance access, quality, and student support in diverse South African contexts.
This engagement forms part of her ongoing work in personalised and BlendFlex learning design, contributing to national dialogue on transforming teacher education through innovative and humanising pedagogical approaches.
